Was macht einen guten Admin aus?

Nachdem Rainers Baby schon fleißig bloggt, legt nun auch Rainer selbst los. In einem seiner ersten Beiträge stelle er die Frage, Was ist ein guter Admin?. Um die wichtigste n Punkte zu zitieren:

Ein guter Admin ist:

  • jemand, der seine Arbeit beherrscht.
  • faul
  • ein Weiterdenkender
  • Freund der Nutzer

Aus meiner Sicht ist das eine wirklich gute Zusammenstellung der wichtigen Punkte und charakterisiert einen Admin gut.
