Förderung für TorServers.net

Moritz Bartl, der Gründer von Torservers.net, kann einen ersten großen Erfolg feiern. Die amerikanische Organisation Access Now unterstützt das Projekt über ein halbes Jahr mit 10.000 US-Dollar. Damit plant TorServers.net weitere Tor-Server zu betreiben und Nutzern  in Zensurstaaten freie Informationen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

TorServers.net entstand aus der Überlegung, dass es zu wenige schnelle Tor-Server gibt. Binnen kurzer Zeit gelang es Moritz Bartl einige schnelle Server zur Verfügung zu stellen. Mit der Förderung steht das Projekt nun weiter auf stabilen Beinen. Ich wünsche TorServers.net auf jeden Fall weiter viel Erfolg.
