Von ACTA bis Zensur

Wer heute abend noch nichts vor hat, kann sich zu einer kleinen Gruppe von Leuten in den Raum 315 am Carl-Zeiss-Platz in Jena gesellen. Unter dem Titel Von ACTA bis Zensur — Der Einfluss der Musikindustrie auf unsere Rechtsprechung werde ich ab 18 Uhr etwas zum Thema erzählen.

Aus der Ankündigung:

Vor 30 Jahren hieß es “Home taping is killing music”. Heute ist Piracy der Killer. Neben knackigen Parolen bietet die Musikindustrie heute handfeste Lobbyarbeit und greift in die Gesetzgebung ein. Der Vortrag beleuchtet das Verhalten und die Strategien der beteiligten Akteure an einigen Beispielen.
